Blue is the Wind
by C. Carson Parks II & Glen Law

Lyrics:

Blue is the wind, I hear it cry in the night

Cry as I cry for you

Love, must it be

Love, hear my plea

Love, come to me

For my love is true.

Blue is the wind, I know too well how you feel

Steal softly as a sigh

Wing to my love

Sing of my love

Blue for my love, am I

Carson's Remarks:

Shortly after Bernie Armstrong, Jr. and I kicked off the first edition of The Steeltown Two, a guy from Utah asked us to do a tune of his, and a back-side of our choosing. I always thought this song had great changes. Our D.J. demo didn't do much, and we rarely did it in public.
